    Discovery

    Every great design starts with clarity. A 10 to 15 minute call to understand your project, timeline and expectations, and then — if we are aligned — a 60-minute in-home consultation covering your vision and goals, how you live, and a detailed assessment of the space. Both of us leave knowing we are the right fit.

  2. 02

    Design

    A detailed proposal setting out the scope for your project. Once approved we design the space — mood boards, 2D layouts and renders, inspiration imagery — working closely with you so the direction is clear. Revisions and refinements are part of the process; you should fully love the design before anything moves forward.

  3. 03

    Procurement

    With the design approved we move into sourcing and execution. Furniture, lighting and décor are procured from trusted vendors, with in-store consultations for furniture and drapery. Custom elements such as accent and feature walls are coordinated, and paint and electrical updates run through our in-house team.

  4. 04

    Installation

    Where everything comes together. Our team oversees the full installation with attention to detail and craftsmanship, from furniture placement to the final décor styling. You stay informed and involved throughout — the aim is a seamless, stress-free process and a result that exceeds what you pictured.

For furniture and larger investment pieces we can consult in store, so scale and comfort are right in person. Final purchasing is made directly by you.

    Installation — your choice

    Once everything is delivered to your home, installation is yours to manage, with your own trusted contractor or handyman, and we provide clear installation guidelines, layout documentation and placement instructions. If you would prefer not to source the trade yourself, our own contractor is available on request and quoted separately; we can also supervise the installation on site for an additional fee, so the rooms come together exactly as drawn. And if you would rather the whole project were handled for you, CoziComplete is the service to look at.

Good to know

Do you design for Indian families?
Often — it is a large part of what the studio does. Pooja and mandir rooms, kitchens that can take daily Indian cooking, layouts that work when thirty people arrive, and heritage art used with restraint in a contemporary room. There is more on our Indian interior design page.
How do I know which service is right for me?
If you want a designer to carry the whole project — selections, ordering, trades and installation — that's CoziComplete. If you'd rather execute yourself at your own pace with a clear plan in hand, choose CoziFlex. If you just need a professional opinion to get unstuck, start with a CoziVirtual consultation; the fee is credited toward a larger project if you move forward within 60 days.
Do you work with my budget?
Yes. We establish a realistic budget together at the outset and design to it. Good design is about making considered choices within real constraints, not about spending more.
Which areas do you serve?
We work in person across Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Prosper, Allen, Little Elm, The Colony, Celina, Lewisville, Fairview and the wider Dallas area, Virtual consultations are available anywhere in the United States.
Can you work with furniture I already own?
Almost always, and we actively look for it. Pieces with history give a room character that a showroom floor cannot. We'll tell you honestly when something isn't serving the space.
How long does a project take?
A single room through CoziFlex typically takes four to six weeks from kickoff to final plan. Full-service projects usually run three to six months depending on scope, custom work and furniture lead times.
What happens in a virtual consultation?
We meet online for 60 focused minutes. You share your space and goals, and we work through layout, colour, style and décor questions together. You receive a written summary of the recommendations within 48 hours. It does not include drawings, floor plans, sourcing lists or concept boards.
